Pharmacies do run genuine first-order codes, membership rates and loyalty schemes on Wegovy. But offers like these change weekly and expire without notice, so a code we saw last month is not something we can promise is still live today.

Buying Wegovy through unverified sellers, social media resellers or discount-code aggregator sites to chase a lower price is dangerous — there is no way to confirm what is actually in the pen. Only ever use a code offered directly by a GPhC-registered pharmacy at checkout, on that pharmacy’s own site.
A genuine discount never removes the clinical assessment. If a seller offers Wegovy at a striking price with no consultation, that is the warning sign, not the saving.

Five checks before you trust any offer
01 — Is it from the pharmacy itself?
A code only counts if it is offered directly on the GPhC-registered pharmacy’s own checkout — not a third-party coupon site, forum post or reseller.
02 — What does it revert to?
Ask what month two costs once the offer ends. A discounted first month at a provider with a high standard rate can cost more over six months than a plain price elsewhere.
03 — Does it have an expiry?
Ongoing offers can be withdrawn without notice; dated ones tell you exactly how long you have. Neither is a reason to rush a clinical decision.
04 — Does a bundle match your dose stage?
Multi-month bundles only save money if you stay on that strength. Early on, doses usually step up every four weeks — don’t let a paid-for bundle influence a dosing decision that belongs to you and your prescriber.
05 — Is the total, not the headline, still competitive?
Add delivery and any recurring fee to the discounted price before comparing it with a competitor’s plain price. The lower headline number doesn’t always win once it’s added up.
