Wegovy Dosage Guide
Follow the recommended Wegovy (Semaglutide) titration schedule to help your body adjust and minimize side effects.
Wegovy is a weekly injection. The dose is increased slowly over 5 months to help your body get used to the medicine. This gradual increase is called "titration".
The Dosage Schedule

*Always follow your prescriber's advice. Do not increase your dose if you are experiencing severe side effects.
How to Use the Wegovy Pen
Check the Pen
Ensure the liquid is clear. The pen has a built-in needle hidden inside the cap.
Firmly Press
Press the pen firmly against your skin (stomach, thigh, or upper arm) until the yellow bar starts moving. You will hear a click.
Hold and Wait
Hold the pen in place until the yellow bar stops moving and you hear a second click (usually takes about 10 seconds).
Handling a Missed Wegovy Dose
If the next dose is more than 48 hours away: Administer the missed dose as soon as you remember.
If the next dose is less than 48 hours away: Omit the missed dose completely. Continue with your regular schedule.
If multiple weeks are missed: You may need to restart the titration process from 0.25mg. Always consult your prescriber.
